In a previous information email sent by the university's central services, it was noted that if you do not set a secondary email (Recovery Email) your account will be locked on 28/05/2025.

To reactivate your account, you will now need to set a Recovery Email:

Therefore, navigate to the service https://password.duth.gr and select the third tab Set Recovery Email.

Then select one of your personal emails (and not your academic one) as your recovery email.

A confirmation email will follow (to the email you set), where you will need to click on a link.

After this action, you will regain access to your account.
