Short CV - IOANNIS KAZANIDIS

Dr. Ioannis Kazanidis is an Assistant Professor (Educational Technology and Databases) at the Computer Science department of the International Hellenic University and member at the Advanced Educational Technologies & Mobile Applications Lab of the same University. He has BSc from the Dept. of Mechanical Engineering Educators from School of Pedagogical & Technological Education (ASPAITE), BSc from the Dept. of Informatics from the Hellenic Open University, MSc in Computing from Coventry University and PhD in Educational Technology from the Dept. of Informatics of University of Macedonia. He has published more than 120 papers in international journals and conferences. His research interests mainly focus on Educational Technology and on the adoption of innovations in different fields of study such as e-learning, immersive technologies (AR/VR/MR) in education, learning analytics and finance technology.
